COLOR MIXING STATION

Hermesgraf offers to the printing industry market the services performed within its color mixing station specialized for mixing derived nuances of color for the needs of offset printing. The color mixing station is equipped with electronic mixers of medium and big capacity, with a precise micro-scale, a print simulation unit used during control of mixed colors, and today with the most up-to-date software for formulating recipes, control and comparing mixed colors which is completed with a spectrodensitometer with multiple possibilities. Hermesgraf provides the requested color ready for printing in soonest possible time and if a reprint is needed, we assure the delivery of colors with the same tonality. Nowadays our color mixing station enables the preparing of colors for almost all labels for the needs of beer manufacturers and of soft drinks and mineral water industry and bottling plants.

A reverse osmosis system: the water used for the preparation of damping solution is an important factor in the printing process. It is of utmost importance that it maintains the same chemical properties throughout the year in order to avoid quality oscillations which might affect the quality of printing and cause some problems in the printing process itself. Numerous installations of water treatment systems at our business partners' sites so far have proved the justifiability of such investment and greatly affected the stability of the damping solution quality. Water treated in such a way is the main condition for the preparation of a quality damping solution.
